Our training courses are delivered in person on scheduled dates. As spaces are limited and booked in advance, we operate a clear refund and cancellation policy to help us maintain quality and availability. This policy is designed with our business clients in mind.

Terms and Conditions

Introduction
By booking a training course through our website, you (the β€œClient”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all online bookings for in-person training delivered byButler Fox LtdΒ and are binding upon submission of your order.

  • All course bookings must be made through our online platform or via direct agreement with our team.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

  • All prices listed are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is accepted via the methods shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • Courses are delivered in person at the specified location and time.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure delegates arrive on time and are prepared to participate.

  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to course content or trainers if necessary.

We reserve the right to remove any delegate from a course if they are disruptive or prevent the effective delivery of the training. No refund will be issued in such cases.

All training materials, course content, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Butler Fox LtdΒ or its partners. Clients may not copy, distribute, or reuse materials without written permission.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations by the Client
– More than 21 days before course date:
βœ… 100% refund or free rescheduling.

– 8 to 21 days before course date:
πŸ” Rescheduling permitted at no extra cost.
πŸ’³ 50% refund if cancellation is preferred.

– 7 days or less before course date:
❌ No refund or rescheduling available.
(Your seat has already been reserved and preparation costs incurred.)

Non-attendance without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

We understand that plans change. You may substitute a delegate at no additional cost at any time prior to the course date.

Please notify us of the change via email.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course (e.g. due to trainer illness or venue issues), we will offer:

– A full refund
or
– An alternative course date at your convenience

Please note: We are not responsible for any additional costs your organisation may incur (e.g. travel or accommodation).
