Booking Terms
All course bookings must be made through our online platform or via direct agreement with our team.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is accepted via the methods shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Course Delivery
Courses are delivered in person at the specified location and time.
It is the Clientβs responsibility to ensure delegates arrive on time and are prepared to participate.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to course content or trainers if necessary.

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.

Cancellations by the Client
β 100% refund or free rescheduling.– 8 to 21 days before course date:
